We are currently seeking a skilled PM/BA to join our team for an exciting project focused on monitoring CO2 emissions in the maritime industry.

You will work with diverse data sets, including technical details, detention and deficiency history, ship speed and position history, CO2 emissions, distance sailed, and sea currents.

requirements-expected :
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a PM/BA in IT projects (additional advantage for experience in startups)
Experience with prototyping, MVP, and AI integration
Ability to manage projects with multiple changes and shifting priorities
Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
Strong analytical skills, especially in working with large datasets
Practical knowledge of Agile / Lean Startup / Design Thinking
Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams (Python, Django, React, Databricks, GIS, etc.)
English proficiency at C1+ level (international project)
Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal)
