Key Responsibilities:

• Own your projects: Manage budgets, timelines, and execution from start to finish.
• Solve problems fast: Spot risks, tackle issues, and keep everything on track.
• Work with the best: Coordinate with teams to get the right people and resources in place.
• Stay hands-on: On-site presence with our technical teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Lead safely: Build a strong safety culture and manage risks like a pro.
• Keep clients happy: Maintain great communication and relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Project Management experience with blade service projects.
• Technical and/or glass fiber knowledge/education (a big plus).
• A problem-solving mindset and leadership skills.
• Confidence with budgets and financial planning.
• Team-player vibes and excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus).

Location:

• Based in Szczecin, with travel to project sites (around 25% of your time).
