Freelance Project Manager | Offshore Wind | Baltic Sea, Poland

We’re collaborating with a leading international renewable energy developer on a multi-gigawatt offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea near Choczewo, Poland. This project is a cornerstone of Poland’s clean energy strategy, designed to power millions of homes and accelerate Europe’s energy transition. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across planning, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of offshore wind projects, from planning through commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and implement robust risk management practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance and timely execution.
• Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project progress.

Essential Skills

• Proven track record in managing offshore wind or major renewable infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of marine construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Polish permitting and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Polish is a plus).
• EU passport required.
