We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an ongoing project with a global pharmaceutical leader. You will play a key role in defining project goals, managing delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
About the Project
Our customer is a top global pharmaceutical company. We support and work with Drug Discovery processes using modern technologies. The team develops a platform that efficiently processes and visualizes petabytes of patient data in real time, helping researchers quickly identify drug targets through easy‑to‑use web and cloud‑based applications.
What You Will Do
- Plan, define, and document project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders;
- Lead the transition from Time & Materials to Fixed Price models, ensuring clarity around scope and acceptance criteria;
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint;
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, testers, UX/UI, BA) to keep projects on track and aligned;
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Product Owner in backlog planning and prioritization;
- Communicate regularly with clients, share updates, manage expectations, and identify risks early;
- Track key metrics, report progress, and capture insights through dashboards and post‑project reviews;
Compensation
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract.
- UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month
- B2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT
Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience in a project management role, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivered projects;
- Hands‑on experience in Agile software development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban;
- Excellent knowledge of extensive/formal project documentation, methodologies, and delivery models, especially Fixed‑Price / Fixed‑Scope / Time and Material;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations;
- Facilitation and problem/risk‑solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success;
- Experience managing relationships and aligning project goals in an enterprise environment;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Fluent business English at least C1 level;
- Proficiency with Project Management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence;
- Project management certification.
