As a Project Manager, you will take responsibility for project success, where success is perceived as delivering a project on time, within budget, and according to evolving requirements. You will work daily with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to increase efficiency in project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with deeply technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved on time.
Your tasks will include overseeing all project operations from inception to execution, reviewing and validating project proposals, organizing kick-off meetings, and ensuring initial stage requirements are established. You will be accountable for defining and monitoring project success rates, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring all stakeholders understand the project’s goals.
Additionally, you will lead communication among stakeholders, collect feedback, and resolve issues promptly. You will maintain project data in management software, help teams prioritize tasks, organize and lead status meetings, and ensure adherence to company guidelines. You will also provide process improvement recommendations, share knowledge, and mentor junior employees.
