The project is a Trading and Position platform implementation for commodity products: Power, Gaz, Certs, LNG. You will be part of a top initiative for this commodity client. The team is responsible for the integration of a trading application (Orchestrade) used for: pre-deal origination workflow and post execution monitoring and life-cycle management; dedicated workflow, configuration of the platform, supporting business; leverage strategic standard risk systems; integration with operations, finance. The application is Orchestrade: Orchestrade is in .Net (C#) with native Excel connection; Database: Microsoft SQL; Delivered In-House or Hosted (Amazon Web Services). Role

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee and execute an ETRM implementation on commodity trading (Gaz, LNG, Power, Certs, Biomethane) and operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role demands strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with a deep understanding of commodity markets and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead an implementation project with a team of ~20 resources.
• Gather requirements by conducting workshops/one-on-one discussions with business teams/subject matter experts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements, working closely with team members and business representatives.
• Document requirements in JIRA as user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Vendors and align with their activities.
• Work in a cross-functional global team (BA, Developers, Project Managers, support, etc.).
• Test and confirm that development meets the requested features.
• Provide status updates, raise issues, and communicate necessary information in regular updates and stand-up meetings.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive Capital Markets experience, preferably in commodity trading (Gaz, LNG, Power, Certs, Biomethane) and operations.
• Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project lifecycles, and entrepreneurial ability to gather business requirements.
• Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with direct communication across technical and business resources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience working in a collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment.
• Experience in writing user stories and working with JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience with System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile SAFe practices is a significant plus.
