Project Manager (AI & Automation) Miejsce pracy: Nowa Sól Your responsibilities Lead the AI & Automation Programme, including roadmap planning, prioritisation, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment. Manage the Core Team (Engineers/Specialist involved in different plants into the actions - functionally University Talents - hierarchically). Develop and enforce technological, digital, and data standards across the Group. Act as the main interface to the Steering Committee; present updates, risks, KPIs, and decisions required. Oversee implementation across plants, ensuring local teams deliver consistent and scalable results. Own Data Governance framework and ensure compliance across systems and plants. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, HR. Our requirements 5 years in digital transformation, automation, industrial engineering or AI-related roles. Experience leading multi-site industrial projects. Proven track record of building and developing teams. Experience working with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA) is a plus. Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Data Science or related field. Fluent English (C1). Willingness to travel across Europe (~20–50%) – mainly Poland, Czech Republic, France. Strong team-working skills and interdisciplinary mindset. Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
