• Establishing relationships with key project stakeholders
• Planning, mobilizing, and delivering multiple work streams of large-scale and complex initiatives end-to-end
• Proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
• Ensuring the adoption and deployment of the Change Framework within the initiative, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Working closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours
