responsibilities :

Secure implementation of projects governance into each project from Pre-Project/Initial phase to Post-Project/Closure phase;
Look at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks;
Make sure the work is done to the right standard, the project is running on time and budget
Make sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
Motivate the team of people involved in the project, coordinate work done by different team members
Deal with changes to the project as and when necessary;
Provide management reports supporting project initiation as well as progress and health of already initiated projects
Support projects prioritization and workflows automation
Support resource planning and scheduling
Facilitate collaboration and streamline communication processes
Maintain projects learning and knowledge

requirements-expected :

At least 3 years of working experience in IT Project Management
English skills – B2/C1
Experience in managing relation with multiple stakeholders including Cyber Security, Business Key Users, external vendors
Working experience in multinational/multicultural/dispersed environment
Experience in complex infrastructure/networking/services projects
Tailoring communication from blue collar to C suite level stakeholders
