Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on establishing and implementing Toxic Combination Policies within IAM as part of the IBM Mainframe onboarding process, ensuring compliance with central IAM controls and optimizing legacy access structures.

Responsibilities You’ll Have

• Managing and sharing transparent risk-dependency-issue overviews
• E2E ownership of track deliverables
• Coordinating SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Ensuring access groups meet IAM policies
• Driving cleanup of legacy access setups
• Status tracking and reporting
• Facilitating collaboration across business and technical stakeholders

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong project management toolbox with hybrid waterfall/agile navigation
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to include diverse perspectives in solution design
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma for process optimization
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and system interdependencies
• Basic knowledge of IBM Mainframe
