• Supervision of the project implementation in the field of turnkey utility networks, especially HVAC, Ammonia, Gas, Wastewater, etc. or responsibility for entire firefighting system installation based on corporate standards, local legislation, NFPA, IL6S, FM standards, GRC requirements
• Supervision and cooperation with general contractor and subcontractors
• Cooperation with internal teams, offices and GRC consultant in the scope of design approval, official permits for work and exploitation
• Cooperation with internal team in the field of HSE, industrial safety, controlling, project cost control, planning, production
• Responsibility for planning and spending the CAPEX budget
• Project management: coordination, supervision, team management, risk management, change management, control of the bidding process, management of allocated budget
• Project specification preparation
• Reporting of project status, project reviews, schedule updates, risk management 
• Preparation of the presentations on the status of the project implementation
• Participation in commissioning and handover

• Higher engineering education, knowledge of utilities, power engineering, government requirements and permissions
• At least 5 years of experience in development and implementation of the projects with Firefighting or experience in installation of turnkey utility networks such as HVAC, Ammonia, Gas, Wastewater, Substaions, Electricity, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing big projects related to utilities or firefighting
• At least 3 years of experience in people / contractor management experience
• Experience in development and implementation of the projects with utilities or infrastructure in food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, people and food safety principles is preferred
• Knowledge of the following processes and standards: project management process, risk management, organization of works, execution and leading CAPEX
• Knowledge of technical drawing, AutoCAD, MS Office package
• Knowledge of GMP, CQV, IL6S, FM global standard
• English language B2
