responsibilities :
Overseeing workflow.
Team coordination.
Delivering iterative product elements.
Monitoring risks and reporting issues at an early stage.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the Scrum process.
requirements-expected :
Approximately 2–5 years of experience in IT project management.
Management of small and medium-sized projects (e.g., up to PLN 200–500 thousand, teams of 3–10 people).
Experience in working with Agile methodologies – mandatory, especially Scrum.
