Skills and experience that will lead to success :

• 3 years of Project Management experience as independent Project Manager. Experience in managing projects within infrastructure (data centers) will be an asset.
• Experience in technology will be an asset.
• Knowledge of PM reporting tools.
• English level: C1.

The role may fit to:

• Existing Project Managers in technology who would like to work with multiple countries delivering technology projects within EMEA region.
• Somebody who is a Project Manager in a different field and would like to develop in Project Management in technology.
• Somebody who works in infrastructure but would like to change/adjust career path and start developing in Project Management.

What the day will look like :

• Scope management
  • Creates a scope that is accepted by all project stakeholders.
  • Manages changes to scope according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices.
• Financial management
  • Develops and maintains a budget for the project.
  • Manages changes to the budget according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices.
  • Orders all equipment, circuits, and professional services needed to complete a project.
  • Able to provide financial summary reporting related to the work being done in the Network Services area.
• Schedule management
  • Develops and maintains a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Manages changes to the schedule according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices.
• Risk, Issue and Change management
  • Develops and maintains risk, issue, and change logs.
  • Develops and maintains risk and issue strategies.
  • Reports on risks, issues, and changes according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices.
• Resource management
  • Assembles project team.
  • Assigns individual responsibilities and enforces accountability.
  • Communicates with resource managers about the duration of assignments and changes to requirements.
• Document management
  • Maintains standard project management documentation and metrics.
• General role expectations
  • Able to work independently and escalate issues and risks in an appropriate manner.
  • Identifies and champions work efficiencies that result in service improvements as well as hours and dollars savings.
  • Builds strong relationships with the various Technology teams engaged on a daily basis.
  • Celebrates Accomplishments: Celebrates, either formally or informally, the accomplishment of goals.
  • Engages Others: Engages others in the attainment of the vision for the future. Influences others by enthusiastically sharing the future vision as a means for them to attain their goals.
