DEVI by Danfoss is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. As our new Project Manager, youll lead a cross-functional project team in an agile environment and be responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Youll have the chance to spearhead projects that integrate mechanics, electronics, software and mobile apps. You will be part of a team that values networking and leveraging synergies across new product development projects, reflecting on successes and challenges to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead projects in an agile way to ensure an efficient way of working, fast decision processes, continuous retrospective learning and meeting Time to Market objectives in a dynamic environment.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales to drive the project forward.
• Facilitate and lead effective communication towards key stakeholders.
• Lead the project team and ensure motivation and high performance through indirect and situational leadership.
• Create and manage project plans, follow-up and coordinate activities within the project team.

What Were Looking For

• At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably within electronic and software or equivalent.
• A few years of experience from a similar position, or as a people manager.
• Several years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment.
• Ability to communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking.
• Experience working in an agile environment with continuous learning and adjusting to meet project objectives.
• Strong prior exposure to project process, project quality, continuous improvement and optimization.

A background with electronic controllers and thermostats will be considered as a clear advantage.
