Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Manager to lead and support the implementation and daily operations of our shop floor software in a discrete manufacturing environment. This role bridges the gap between production, IT, and business, ensuring seamless integration and performance of shop floor systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of shop floor software implementation, from installation to go-live and hyper care.
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues related to shop floor software.
- Manage and maintain interfaces between shop floor systems and various ERP platforms.
- Ensure standardized KPIs are defined and maintained for production management.
- Identify improvement opportunities, define changes, and support their implementation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a production company.
- Strong technical skills, including machine connections and communication protocols.
- Solid understanding of shop floor operations in discrete manufacturing.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Demonstrates assertiveness in decision-making.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Openness to business travels (up to 25% of time).
