To further our success story, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager who will support Key Account Managers (KAM) in delivering exceptional services to our key clients.
This role is customer-facing with significant internal responsibilities. Therefore, to be successful, you must be driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients.
- Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
- Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction
- Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals
- Facilitate effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment
- Act as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon
Must have:
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management
- A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations
- A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients
- A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
- A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction
- Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level)
Nice to have:
- Previous hands-on experience in technical roles, such as web development
- Experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master
- Experience working with international and dispersed teams
- Experience supporting sales initiatives
