At Pretius , we are looking for Project Manager to a project in the financial industry, international team. Project / Role Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and quality metrics Drive structured project governance and reporting Conduct stakeholder communication and status presentations Negotiate priorities, resources, timelines, and solutions with clients and internal teams Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements Requirements 3 years of experience managing complex IT projects Proven track record of successful project delivery Very good command of German (spoken and written) Strong organizational and structured working style Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Nice to have Experience working in international and matrix organizations Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) What do we offer?
