* Assist in defining an Agile framework that works for the company needs
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

* Coach team members on agile principles and best practices
* Prioritize product backlog items based on business value
* Track and communicate team velocity, burndown metrics, and sprint progress
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across teams.

* Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
* Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Develop and maintain process flows, wireframes, and user journey maps
* Perform gap analysis between current and future states
Business Engagement (10%)
* Work with the CIO to serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
* Help create quarterly joint business plans with key stakeholders
* Present solution demos and gather feedback from stakeholders
* Represent the voice of the stakeholder throughout the solution development lifecycle
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
PMP Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
5+ years of combined experience in product management, business analysis, and/or scrum master roles
Experience with enterprise hardware/software solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce
Track record of successfully delivered solutions via management methodologies and modern tools
Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks
Requirements gathering and documentation techniques
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Data analysis and reporting (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
Stakeholder management and communication
Business case development and ROI analysis
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) across technical and non-technical audiences
