Compensation & Benefits
Highly compensated employees are happier at their job :) You can expect a B2B contract with an attractive salary: 10,000 - 16,000 PLN net. (+20 paid days off) — Please note that the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s evaluated experience and skills. This is why our salary range is relatively broad.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Software house
- Familiarity with the IT industry and software development processes
- Thrives in fast‑moving projects and is allergic to chaos
- Well‑organized, confident, and knows how to give and receive feedback
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in working with project documentation: briefs, backlogs, user stories, test plans, progress reports
- Knowledge of software quality concepts: QA processes, testing, and bug tracking
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Linear
- Effective communication with development teams; basic understanding of front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and system integrations
- Comfortable using basic development tools (GitHub), design and collaboration tools (Figma, Notion, Slack), and productivity suites (Google Workspace)
- Keeping an eye on the bigger picture: client goals, satisfaction and long‑term values
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (for everyday communication with international clients)
- Fluent in Polish
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project delivery – ensuring outcomes that align with client expectations, scope, budget, and quality.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire project lifecycle.
- Build strong partnerships and support clients in achieving their business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth (e.g., upselling, extending scope, or offering new services).
- Support the development of company‑wide processes, working closely with the CTO and COO.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions for long‑term collaboration.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients – offering updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional project teams – developers, designers, QA engineers, analysts – assigning tasks and solving challenges.
- React quickly to risks and changes – adapting plans and priorities as needed.
- Create project status updates, log decisions, and keep systems like Jira up‑to‑date.
- Support business development by identifying areas for upselling and proposing enhancements or new services.
Recruitment Process
