responsibilities :

• Manage projects and continues improvements
• Obtain buy in and manage stakeholder expectations
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements in a cooperative manner
• Ensure effective communication within the project team and between the project manager, team members, and all relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure resources availability and allocation
• Coordinate between corporate IT and local business
• Collect, document and clearly identify information system requirements and business processes and suggest potential improvements
• Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations;
• Communicate the benefits of recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern;
• Create, develop solutions including low code technologies
• Manage external system integrators or sub-contractors to ensure the right quality of the deployed solutions

• 2-5 years experience in project management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with partners, team and stakeholders
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge in ERP and of related software tools (e.g. MES, WMS, SAP or MS Dynamics AX,..)
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with senior IT Leadership and employees at all levels
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level,
• Ability to read, write and speak German in communicative way
• Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Functional competences
• Familiar with project methodologies like Prince 2 or PMI
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in Operations, manufacturing or Supply Chain or Finance systems or Marketing systems
• ERP and MES knowledge
• Business processes approach
