Lead and manage engineering teams
Manage client expectations and relationships
Identify, assess, and manage project risks
Prepare and deliver required customer reports
Provide people management and mentorship for team members
Identify and develop new business opportunities from internal and external insights
Oversee and manage project budgets
Anticipate, address, and resolve conflicts and challenges

requirements-expected :

1+ years of experience in a management or lead role (Project Manager, Delivery Manager, TPM, Product, Lead)
Technical background (e.g., Software Engineer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer) is a must
Proven experience in an outsourcing or outstaffing environment
Strong proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
Exceptional skills in time management, decision-making, and organization
Experienced in both long- and short-term planning, scoping, and task breakdown
Experience with project reporting in Agile environments
Advanced English, both verbal and written
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Capable for traveling
