We are looking for a Manager who has:
- An ability to lead teams, manage projects, and handle risks, budgets, and conflicts;
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Construction Manager;
- Deep understanding of building systems and industry standards;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client relationship experience;
- Experience in planning and executing projects, including scheduling and log maintenance;
- Understanding of BIM fundamentals and methodology;
- Fluent English (B2 or higher);
- Knowledge of Revit would be a plus.
