Overview

  • Working in an international environment with global clients.
  • Independent management of projects.
  • Supervision over all phases of the project implementation (design, programming, testing, implementation and support).
  • Cooperation with the internal departments of strategy, creation, customer service and technology.
  • Preparation of project documentation (cost estimate, schedule, reports, client statuses, etc.).
  • Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance.
  • Running projects using production automation tools and methodologies (JIRA, Agile, other internal tools).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1‑2 years experience in the digital/eCommerce industry or a similar position.
  • Project management agile methodologies knowledge.
  • Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis and work automation tools.
  • Experience in running eCommerce or digital projects (content production, websites, landing pages, newsletters, iMedia).
  • Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project (customer / customer service).
  • Very good English language (must have prerequisite).
  • Following trends in the world of digital marketing, eCommerce and new technologies.
  • Experience working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Confluence, Teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Pro‑activeness and solution‑oriented approach in day‑to‑day work.
