01 Your role & day-to-day

• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects from kickoff to launch, managing 4-6 projects at the same time.
• Maintain project plans: scope, milestones, timelines and dependencies.
• Allocate and track resources and budgets; update forecasts and highlight variances.
• Run daily rituals: kickoffs, stand-ups, retros and status meetings; keep clear documentation and risk registers.
• Serve as the main client contact for delivery updates and expectation management.
• Coordinate handoffs between design, development and QA to ensure release readiness.
• Hold the team accountable to commitments while keeping a supportive environment and facilitating conflict resolution.

02 Skills required

• At least 2 years of experience in managing digital projects/products.
• Excellent English and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with international clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized, meticulous approach to task management.
• Strong assertiveness to effectively manage both the team’s workflow and client expectations.
• Great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust within a creative team.
• Proactive problem-solving and the discipline to drive continuous process improvement.
