Who we are

Data Privacy Risk Reduction Programe (DPRRP) was established in 2022 to improve compliance and enhance Klients Data Privacy capabilities. Key deliveries are planned to be transitioned and anchored within Group Data Privacy Office as part of the Business As Usual (BAU). There are few workstreams within DPRRP. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will execute one of projects within Data Privacy area, Individual Rights Workstream.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project’s objectives, manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality and risks.
  • Monitor project metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Empower and support cross-functional teams to achieve high performance, foster collaboration and maintain a focus on delivering value.
  • Collaborate closely with business to create and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring that tasks are well-defined.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for continuous improvement, addressing impediments, handling escalations and removing roadblocks.
  • Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies and issues that may impact the delivery, timelines, scope or quality.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on project management principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Foster transparent communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and changes.

Our requirements

  • Holder of university master degree
  • 8+ years of experience from projects. 3+ years as Project Manager. Preferably PMI (PMP level) or IPMA (level B) certified or equivalent
  • Experienced project manager (Project Manager level)
  • Experience with traditional/waterfall project management (a must)
  • Certificate of project management for traditional/waterfall project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) (a must)
  • Experience with Agile (including Scaled Agile) ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in managing project under programme structure
  • Experience in working in the IT industry
  • Certificate of project management for Agile (including Scaled Agile) project management (a plus).
  • Previous experience with Security or Data Privacy (a plus).
  • Previous experience as IT/Business Analyst, Architect, Developer (a strong plus).
  • Experience in working within financial services customer environment will be an advantage.
  • Experience in working within Data Privacy (GDPR) area will be an advantage.
  • Experience in working within Security area will be an advantage.
