Project Manager – NATEK

Join NATEK as a Project Manager to integrate and strengthen our Project Management Team. In this senior role, you will ensure the success of complex initiatives while continuously enhancing project management methodologies and tools. You will play a key part in driving structured execution and building a high performing delivery culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead planning, backlog maintenance, and roadmap creation, ensuring clarity of products, milestones, and success criteria.
• Organize weekly sprints and touchpoints, present progress to stakeholders, and address roadblocks.
• Conduct monthly Steering Committees, manage stakeholder communication, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Oversee project governance, RAID logs, risk and cost tracking, and change control processes.
• Manage business change teams, IT functional changes, testing and rollout coordination, and operational TOM alignment.
• Prepare and deliver all required project documentation, meeting materials, analysis, and status reporting.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of end-to-end project management experience, including large‑scale migration programs.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with C‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional managers.
• Solid background in institutional or corporate banking, ideally in securities services, investment funds, and transfer agent operations.
• Experience managing expectations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and mitigating conflicts of interest.
• Strong track record in global, distributed teams and transversal, strategic alignment initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex, multi‑stream projects with high regulatory and delivery standards.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (minimum level C1).
