You are responsible to establish a unified project portfolio management standard for all national and international CCM programs.
You develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods.
Also you oversee international projects, coordinate and prioritize them as well as ensuring efficient capacity planning.
You act as the interface to project/program boards, providing regular reporting to CCM-Management/C-Level.
With your oversight of national and cross-country projects and initiatives including costs/benefits you ensure our strategic project portfolio planning approach.
CCM is in the process of transforming from a project organization to an international CCM line organization. You will work in international project settings with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.

Our requirements
You have successfully completed a study or an apprenticeship with a commercial focus.
You are experienced to work in an international project environment.
Your understanding of customer care processes and company procedures is an advantage.
Your have a minimum B2-level English proficiency.
You are experienced in using project management methodologies (e.g. lean, scrum, waterfall, project scorecard, project plan…) and you are able to make decisions based on business cases and expected strategic/tactical outcome.
Your entrepreneurial and holistic way of thinking and your analytical skills (reporting, data, success criteria for project mgmt…) round off you profile.
You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup.
You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
