We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the setup and execution of technical commercial projects within the chemicals, clean fuels, and clean air sectors across Europe, as part of a newly established operations hub in Kraków.
The role involves close collaboration with engineering teams in Denmark and other countries, as well as regular interaction with global stakeholders and customers.

responsibilities :
Lead and execute small to medium-sized complex commercial projects across the chemicals, clean fuels, and air purification sectors in Europe.
Manage cross-functional project teams composed of engineers and specialists based in Denmark and India.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders globally as well as external customers.
Ensure effective execution of EPC-related scopes, including significant coordination with vendors.
Make strategic decisions and set direction for the project team to ensure successful delivery.
Drive execution excellence by maintaining momentum, managing risks, and handling contract changes.
Represent the company in customer-facing meetings, with approximately 10–30 travel days per year.
Maintain structured project overviews while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

5–10 years of project management experience, ideally within EPC project environments.
Proven track record in managing complex technical projects, preferably in petrochemical or related industries.
