Projects’ management withing API Business Unit, in particular the development of manufacturing technologies of active substances in order to effectively implement the strategic goals of the Organization
Efficient planning and implementation of projects, based on best practices, in particular projects ordered by an external customers (CDMO)
Work closely with the entire API BU R&D Team and other departments/divisions to achieve defined project goals
Participation in building cross-functional CDMO organization, streamlining existing process and setting-up new ones
Project team management/leadership at every stage of its formation
Using effective communication tools to secure seamless project execution
Developing cooperation skills in the project team and organizational structure
Conflict management in the project
Effective change and risk management
Our requirements:
Higher education in chemistry or related fields will be an advantage;
Basic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;
Practical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;
Previous experience within CDMO organization is an advantage
Knowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;
High interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clients
Ability to translate project goals and client requirements to the project team
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;
Knowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similar
Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
Very good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other packages
