This gives us a deep sense of ownership and commitment to the quality of our solutions."* – Palle Yde Poulsen, Director, GTC**What you will be doing**As a Project Manager, you will lead engineering projects from initial scope to final handover, ensuring that theyre delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications. You will guide a team of Project Engineers while staying close to the technology and project details.Your responsibilities will include:* Leading and motivating project teams both in the office and on-site* Managing collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders* Translating customer requirements into clear project objectives* Preparing tender materials and coordinating the procurement process* Overseeing site activities, supplier involvement, and team coordination* Ensuring safe installation and seamless project handover**What you bring**You are a structured, analytical professional who takes ownership of projects and drives alignment across teams.We are looking for someone with:* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field* Experience managing engineering projects from planning to implementation* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* An interest in technology and industrial systems* The ability to balance cooperation with clear scope control* Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia (60–80 days/year) to meet with suppliers, oversee project implementation, and ensure smooth commissioning.* Fluency in English**What we offer**By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
