Project

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead exciting IT initiatives and support our teams in delivering high‑quality solutions. If you love keeping things organized, working with people, and driving projects forward, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project tasks
• Reporting project progress to clients and internally within the organization
• Facilitating meetings such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updates
• Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
• Ensuring high‑quality standards are met across all project phases
• Collaborating daily with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure success

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Strong background in reporting and stakeholder management
• Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Good command of English (both spoken and written), enabling effective collaboration in international projects
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams
• Ability to navigate and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with strong attention to detail
