Project Manager

For our Project Management department, we are looking for a colleague who starts at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Lead and implement diverse projects with a focus on administrative process improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
• Analyze the current operational landscape, track financial and performance KPIs, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and meet targets.
• Oversee project conception, planning, execution, and successful delivery while managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, serving as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Identify, document, and share best-practice solutions across multiple sites and provide hands-on support to project teams.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• A degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within administrative or corporate service environments; familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in using advanced Excel tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate collaboration with international project partners.
• A structured, independent working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A knack for conceptual thinking, with the ability to visualize complex ideas and processes.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to support project deployments across various locations.
