Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaws office
Seniority Level: Minimum 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role
Education: University degree at Level 7 (Master’s degree preferred; ICT-specific degree not required)

Responsibilities:
Manage the Panorama project and other initiatives across the full project lifecycle
Establish and maintain project controls to ensure timely and on-scope delivery
Assure and control the quality of project deliverables
Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and risks
Liaise with the Project Board and key stakeholders
Assign and manage tasks, authorize work packages, and balance team priorities
Plan and control project product delivery processes
Produce essential project documentation including plans, logs, and schedules
Define responsibilities of all project participants
Prepare and deliver technical reports and project presentations
Organize and lead project meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience applying project management methodologies and Agile practices
Successful leadership of at least one medium-to-large ICT project
Experience organizing work in scrums and managing teams using Azure DevOps
Familiarity with ontology/taxonomy management systems
Experience with SharePoint-based solution development
Background in data integration projects
Strong understanding of IT and its alignment with business needs
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and trends
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
Client-oriented mindset with experience in stakeholder management
Working knowledge of English at C1 level or higher – must be confirmed by a relevant certificate or diploma
