About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized individual to provide an operational backbone for a 50-person Compliance organizational unit to design workflows, tracking objectives, and ensuring that the unit's growth and targets are met with data-driven precision.
Responsibilities:
Management of highly complex international projects
Organizing and supervising the work carried out by the project team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution
Developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting
Cooperation with the client, ensuring project quality and client satisfaction
Ensuring proper flow of documentation and information within the team
Preparing project documentation
Requirements:
Experience in process structuring (Senior PMO / Scrum Master): Minimum 3 years of experience in building effective operational frameworks for IT or Compliance teams
Experience in change management and communication (Organizational Change Management)
Proficiency in Smartsheet / Excel / BI tools
Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
Strong focus on understanding business needs and effectively supporting their implementation
Very good command of English
Experience working in an international environment
Very good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to build relationships at different levels of the organization
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
