MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a Must.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience to oversee the successful implementation of MES projects. This role requires a solid understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of MES projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring all project goals are met on time and within budget.
2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and define project scope and objectives for MES implementations.
3. Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience managing MES projects, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

- Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of MES implementation projects.
