Project Manager

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and/or EPCM industrial projects from concept through to implementation. You will be part of Elomatic’s Industry Business Unit working from our office in Łódź. Your role will primarily involve managing engineering and implementation projects within the processing and energy industry sector.

Our requirements

• several years of experience in project management of multidiscipline engineering projects - main experience in energy, process or pulp & paper industry projects,
• experience in project management & PM tools (project and cost planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management),
• general understanding of different design disciplines and engineering coordination,
• ability to lead a project team with a positive, responsible and solution-oriented way,
• understanding of technical production processes and technology in different industries,
• suitable technical competence (B.Sc, M.Sc),
• willingness and ability to work in the customer interface as well as good communication and negotiation skills,
• problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation,
• ability to prioritize tasks,
• very good written and spoken skills in English is crucial for job.
• site operations, such as installation supervision or commissioning,
• technology procurements, contracts and related negotiations,
• interfaces between authorities, equipment and service suppliers, contractors and factory users.
