Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects in compliance with the PMBOK: plan how the software will be created, monitor the execution of the plan, take into account and prevent risks.
2. Communicate with the client.
3. Ensure that the project does not exceed time & budget limits, including the Fixed Price Projects.
4. Bear responsibility for the team’s productivity and satisfaction: hold 1-on-1 meetings, provide feedback, and participate in the adaptation of employees.
5. Organize work on the project by the standard Algothic processes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
2. Delivered successful projects no shorter than 6 person months.
3. Knowledge of PMI.
4. Experience with project management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.
5. English proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level, able to communicate fluently with native English speakers.

Will be a plus:

1. Experience as a business analyst or a software developer.
2. Experience with business trips to the client and working on site.
3. Participation in pre-sale activities.
