We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the IRR STDF Programme Manager / Consolidated Delivery Lead (CDL) in delivering the STDF Programme Workstream under the IRR umbrella. This role offers exposure to senior business managers and diverse stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

You will work closely with Programme Managers, project managers, workstream leads, internal and external stakeholders, and business teams. The role involves managing end-to-end plans, ensuring alignment with L4 taxonomy, tracking progress, escalating issues, and representing the STDF Programme Workstream in governance meetings.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management roles with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes.
• Proven ability to maintain plans, milestones, work schedules, change requests, and other project artefacts.
• Solid understanding of project management best practices, delivery frameworks, taxonomies, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and close gaps effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to present concepts, flows, and designs clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of STDF/Stress Testing reporting and templates.
• Experience working with financial regulators and demanding business stakeholders.
• Previous experience in finance and regulatory change projects.

,[Define and own end-to-end plans for all reports in scope under L4 taxonomy guidelines., Liaise with multiple parties to obtain necessary inputs, track progress, and ensure completeness of plans, MI, and summaries., Communicate and present plans and updates to CDLs, RILs, regional steering committees, and governance forums., Contribute to ad hoc and regular exercises, prepare documentation, arrange walkthroughs, and obtain sign-offs from key stakeholders., Manage tasks and milestones, provide RAG statuses, justifications, POAPs, and invoke the CR process when required., Represent the STDF Programme Workstream in IRR Programme meetings, including working groups, workshops, planning sessions, and steering committees., Deputise for the CDL as needed and ensure compliance with project lifecycle processes and IRR objectives.
