As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and driving strategic objectives. By proactively identifying solutions, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks, you will contribute to the seamless execution of projects and overall business success.

Team Structure:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders while reporting directly to senior leadership. Acting as a central coordination point, you will align efforts across departments to ensure the efficient delivery of project goals.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and reporting abilities to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills to engage stakeholders and drive project success.
  • Fluent English (we operate in an English-speaking environment).
  • Availability to work partially on-site from our Warsaw office.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional or international team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or standards relevant to the Web3 space.
