ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key responsibilities:
- Managing change processes and ensuring project governance;
- Collaborating with internal and external teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Vendors);
- Monitoring project status, managing risks, and reporting to stakeholders;
- Supporting business readiness and project communications;
- Facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating projects (ERP/finance background);
- Knowledge of Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies;
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to change;
- Very good English (min. B2).
