We create solutions for companies and institutions such as:  European Space Agency,  Airbus Defense and Space,  National Bank of Poland or T-mobile.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has at least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects (software development), including hands-on:
  - budget management
  - schedule management
  - risk management
• is highly proficient with:
  - JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel
  - scheduling tools (MS Project / MS Planner or similar)
• is strongly delivery-oriented: scope + time + budget (and knows how to keep them under control)
• holds a project management certification in:
  - traditional methodologies (PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA) or agile (e.g., AgilePM)
• communicates fluently in English (spoken and written)
• is open to working in a small organization (non-corporate environment) where your voice actually matters

• can manage a team and solve problems efficiently
• know what truly matters for the client and can deliver it
• are well organized and analytical
• are concrete, goal-oriented, and focused on outcomes
• understand the business perspective and think in terms of processes
• see the value of reporting and project transparency
