About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT. 

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level). 

Soft Skills

• Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities. 

• Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure. 

• Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT environments. 

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP. 

• Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations.
