Your Mission

As Project Manager for Construction Site Digitization, you will organize and accompany projects to test, pilot and implement new technologies and processes from various areas including BIM, LEAN, GIS, robotics or sustainability on our construction sites. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and accompanying pilot‑and rollout‑projects while acting as an interface between the construction teams on site and our developers. You will contribute with new ideas, drive change and ensure that innovations reach those who need them – directly on our sites.

Your Tasks

• You will support our construction teams directly on site in the application and introduction of digital solutions (e.g. BIM, LEAN, GIS, robotics and sustainability) while sharing practical know‑how.
• You will take care of the planning, steering and implementation of pilot‑and rollout‑projects in the area of digital solutions and will ensure their successful completion.
• You will coordinate the communication between construction and development teams as well as further stakeholders and you will make sure that feedback is specifically incorporated into development.
• You will analyze challenges and risks during project implementation, and you will proactively develop solution strategies to sustainably establish innovation.
• You will actively drive cultural change on our construction sites and will foster acceptance of new digital processes and tools.

• You want to make a difference instead of being affected by it, and you enjoy inspiring others to embrace change.
• You have a degree in civil engineering, geodesy, geoinformatics, or another engineering or construction-related field.
• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry, preferably directly on construction sites, and want to actively contribute to the industry’s progress.
• You have experience in project management or in supporting digitization projects.
• You have strong social skills, communication and organizational skills, assertiveness, and an analytical and structured working style.
• You have very good Polish and English language skills. Additional foreign language skills, such as German or Czech, are an advantage.
• You have a drivers license and enjoy business trips (up to 2-3 days per week during peak periods).
