Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data ingestion activities from various source systems into the Group Data Platform.
• Follow up on classification, lineage, and production incidents for assigned ingestions.
• Report regularly on the progress of all ingestion activities.
• Collaborate with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Handle multiple data ingestions in parallel in a fast-paced international environment.
• Be accountable for the delivery of Data Engineers and source-side stakeholders, including external vendors.
• Document data ingestion requirements such as mappings and business rules.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Data Business Analyst.
• Ability to drive, follow up, and report on ingestion, classification, and lineage activities.
• Accountability for the delivery of Data Engineers and source-side stakeholders (including external vendors).
• Autonomous, proactive, and initiative-driven approach.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders at both managerial and operational levels.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English in an international work environment.

Technology

• Must-have: Azure DevOps
• Nice-to-have: Experience with ETL, ESB, or API ingestion/integration; familiarity with modern data platforms.
