- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Understanding of challenges in sales and marketing (experience in these areas is not required)
- Experience in a manufacturing company or knowledge of the commercial aspects for products (not services).
- Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), lead management, and/or digital marketing tools.
- Already gained insight into marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and forecasting tools.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred) and sales/marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to support cross-functional Sales & Marketing projects and drive measurable improvements in a PM role.
- Strong collaboration skills with regional sales teams, International product management, and marketing communications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
- Background Project Management governence, Lean Marketing, or Six Sigma or another project management methodology.
- This is a Europe-based role that involves regular business travel.
