We are looking for a Customer Experience Project Manager who will be responsible for orchestrating projects from initiation through planning, development, and final delivery. This role requires close collaboration with Entrepreneurs and the management of cross-functional teams (Omnichannel, Brand, Insights & Analytics, Finance, etc.), as well as external agencies, to ensure successful project execution.



Your tasks

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk assessments
• Monitor project progress, track interdependencies, and address risks proactively
• Ensure clear visibility of project status and next steps for all stakeholders
• Engage and coordinate project team members, stakeholders, and external partners
• Address project challenges with confidence and provide solutions
• Act as a strategic partner to Entrepreneurs, understanding the business context
• Take ownership of discussions, proactively raise concerns, and drive initiatives
• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across projects

• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including managing senior leadership
• Proven experience in managing teams (both formal and informal)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Ability to network, build relationships, and resolve conflicts
• Self-driven with maturity to take ownership of discussions and project goals
• Problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges creatively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Customer-first attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach
• Comfortable with some administrative support tasks
