Project Manager – M&A / HR Transformation
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex M&A or HR Transformation projects across multiple regions and countries.
- Navigate through high levels of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with confidence, clarity, and effective problem-solving.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
- Drive project delivery with a focus on achieving results, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and support project execution.
- Utilize project management and business systems tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) to support project execution and tracking (preferred).
Our requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing M&A or HR Transformation projects, with a solid track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to changing environments and evolving project needs.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to proactively address potential project risks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
- Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow systems.
