Your responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

•With a clear vision for the future of logistics and alignment with company goals, develop and implement a 5-year roadmap for factory logistics operations, emphasizing automation and scalability.

•Define and enforce clear project deliverables aligned with the companys strategic objectives.

•Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure the seamless execution of production expansion initiatives.

Automation Strategy

•Define and implement an automation strategy to optimize production efficiency and scalability.

•Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance operational performance and reduce manual intervention.

Documentation of Project Phases

•Develop organized and structured reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for internal and external communications.

•Maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation for every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring all decisions, actions, and outcomes are recorded.

Presentation & Communication

•Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate project status, milestones, risks, opportunities, strategic outcomes, and the envisioned future state for the PMO office, executive steering committees, senior management, and investors.

•Develop clear, concise, and effective messaging in presentations to create an intuitive storyline for stakeholders. Adapt content based on the specific audience to ensure relevance and impact.

•Deliver professional in-person presentations to senior global leadership, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and strategic foresight.

Project Task & Milestone Management

•Lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.

•Track project tasks and milestones rigorously to ensure they are delivered in full and on time.

•Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or challenges to maintain project momentum.

•Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success and identify improvement opportunities.

Risk & Budget Management

•Own and follow up on the budget for each project.

•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

•Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while staying within financial constraints.

Supply Market Activities

•Identify and evaluate suitable equipment technology and suppliers in collaboration with Procurement.

•Support the tender and contracting phases with technical expertise.

•Contribute to building long-term partnerships with a focus on manufacturing expansion.

Business Case Development

•Conduct detailed feasibility studies and develop advanced business cases for proposed manufacturing investments.

•Analyze cost, ROI, and potential risks to support decision-making for leadership and investors.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaborative Leadership

•Act as the primary point of contact for logistics initiatives.

•Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment and progress.

•Foster collaboration between operations, engineering, procurement, and external stakeholders.

•Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication channels.

•Balance high-level strategic oversight with detailed technical involvement to address varying stakeholder needs.

Our requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics operations and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale logistics projects, including automation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics automation technologies.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present confidently to senior management and investors.

Optional

  • Hands-on experience or a strong professional background in logistics operations.
  • Engineering background with a deep understanding of logistics processes and automation technologies.
  • Experience managing projects in manufacturing or factory environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

To support this growth, a highly organized and results-driven B2B Logistics Project Manager is needed to lead and oversee transformative logistics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with proven experience in driving, managing, and executing complex logistics projects.

Job Summary:

For our Client from HVAC industry we are looking for Project Manager – Logistics.

This position will create and deliver operational excellence in Logistics operation through innovation, automation, and seamless ensuring our logistics capabilities align with the company’s long-term strategic goals. The role seeks to drive initiatives and projects in the inbound logistics area of the factory. Reporting to the PMO, you will lead end-to-end logistics projects by fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

You must excel in project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure tasks and milestones are delivered in full, on time, and within budget. This role demands an logistics operational experience, preferably with an engineering background, and a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects as well as an exceptional documentation skills to create detailed records of every project phase and prepare high-quality reports and presentations for the PMO office and senior management. Meaning both having the technical capability of logistics, as well as the organized, structured and communicative project management skill-set to excel in this role.
