Overview
Project Manager – Employee Engagement Projects (fixed term contract until December 2026) at Mercer. Manage a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving clients’ employee engagement initiatives in a data‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs).
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and serve as the point of contact for managing and coordinating all aspects of the employee engagement projects.
- Advise consultants on the most suitable project solutions - methodologically, technically and operationally.
- Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion.
- Provide ongoing support and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities related to employee engagement projects.
- Support Team Manager with the introduction of changes, improvements, and new products onboarding as well as in everyday tasks.
- Implement and configure employee engagement products using various tools, ensuring alignment with client needs.
What you need to have
- Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management/coordination and delivering multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively on a variety of dynamic projects and tasks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and across cultures.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
