We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead backend software development for Electric Vehicles products. You will coordinate two Scrum teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery while aligning activities across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and compliance teams internationally. responsibilities :

Lead Program Increment planning and execution for quarterly objectives
Monitor project progress, remove blockers, and ensure scope and timeline compliance
Coordinate backend teams with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Developers, and QA
Ensure alignment with frontend, infrastructure, and compliance teams
Translate product vision into multi-year roadmaps and delivery plans
Track and report KPIs, providing clear updates and visualizations to stakeholders
Serve as the main point of contact for project communications
Maintain proactive stakeholder communication across international locations
Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies

requirements-expected :

Ability to work from the office two times per week
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum preferred)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
Proficiency in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook)
Proven ability to lead both execution and strategic planning
Experience working with international stakeholders in complex environments
Strong reporting and data visualization skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; analytical and detail-oriented
Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Residing in Poland required
